{"id":378,"date":"2010-08-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-08-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/questcequonboit.fr\/2010\/08\/03\/dessert-a-l-absinthe.html"},"modified":"2010-08-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-08-03T00:00:00","slug":"dessert-a-l-absinthe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/questcequonboit.fr\/?p=378","title":{"rendered":"Dessert \u00e0 l&rsquo;absinthe"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post_chapo\">Une recette originale et savoureuse<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_content\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Le parfait glac&eacute;<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold;\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&agrave; la Veuve Verte<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Ingr&eacute;dients: (pour 6 personnes)<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 oeufs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">80 g de sucre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 sachet(8 gr.) sucre vanill&eacute; (facultatif)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 dl de cr&egrave;me.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 verres &agrave; liqueur de Veuve Verte qui donne un bon parfum herbac&eacute; au souffl&eacute;, ou de l&rsquo;absinthe DuVallon classique.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Pr&eacute;paration:<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battre longuement au bain-marie (plus de 50 &deg;C.) les oeufs entiers, le sucre et la vanille.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Laissez refroidir: le m&eacute;lange devient moins liquide.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battez la cr&egrave;me et ajoutez-y l&rsquo;absinthe en plusieurs fois, tout en continuant de battre.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">M&eacute;langez cette cr&egrave;me battue avec le m&eacute;lange pr&eacute;c&eacute;dent de mani&egrave;re homog&egrave;ne.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mettez le tout au cong&eacute;lateur pendant 18-24 heures (l&rsquo;alcool ne facilite pas la prise de la glace)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sortez le parfait glac&eacute; du cong&eacute;lateur 2 heures avant de servir et mettez-le au frigo. Il ne doit pas &ecirc;tre dur lors du service.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ce parfait, ou souffl&eacute;, est d&eacute;licieux accompagn&eacute; de chocolat noir &agrave; croquer ou &agrave; laisser fondre dans la bouche, voire &agrave; r&acirc;per sur la masse glac&eacute;e.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 14pt;\">Autre recette un peu plus compliqu&eacute;e:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ingr&eacute;dients:<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Trois oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2,5 dl de cr&egrave;me liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">150 gr. de sucre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 sachet (8 gr. ) de sucre vanill&eacute;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 dl d&rsquo;absinthe<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; margin-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battre la cr&egrave;me. Y incorporer la moit&eacute; de l&rsquo;absinthe. Mettre au frais.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battre &agrave; part les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, la moiti&eacute; du sucre, le sachet de sucre vanill&eacute; et le reste de l&rsquo;absinthe.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battre ensuite les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige en incorporant peu &agrave; peu le sucre restant.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pour finir: m&eacute;langer le tout d&eacute;licatement et mettre au cong&eacute;lateur jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; durcissement total.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Encore une recette:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Iceberg &agrave; l&rsquo;absinthe.
